Switching Payment Method

If you have been required to update your billing information, here are the steps you need to follow:

As part of our Geonode growth strategy, we’re shifting and improving our payment gateway which will make your experience even better.

• Step 1: After you log in to Geonode, click on the “Billing” tab in the left-side menu of your dashboard.

  

• Step 2. On the billing page, click on “Add method/Verify Card”.

  

• Step 3. Add your “Credit Card details”.

  

• Step 4. Click on the “box” agreeing to our Terms of Use.

  

• Step 5. Click on “Start card verification”.

  

• Step 6. On your newly added card, click on the “ellipsis icon” beside it.

  

• Step 7. Click on “Make Default” to make that card the default one.

  

  If you haven’t verified your card yet, click on “Verify”.
