This page explains what happens when you cancel your subscription, how you can reactivate it, and what grace periods apply. Understanding these timelines ensures you don’t lose access or unused bandwidth.

Canceling During Your Billing Period

When you cancel your subscription, it stays active until the end of your current billing period.

  • You can continue using the service (including proxy access and any remaining bandwidth) until the billing period ends.
  • You can choose to reactivate at any time before the billing period ends. This will cancel your cancellation and keep your subscription running without any changes.

After Your Billing Period Ends

Once your billing period ends and your subscription is fully canceled:

  • You enter a 5-day grace period.
  • During this time, you can reactivate your subscription.
  • If you reactivate during the grace period:
    • Your subscription is restored.
    • Any unused bandwidth you had remaining is also restored.
    • Access to proxies resumes immediately.
  • If you do not reactivate within the 5-day grace period:
    • Your subscription remains canceled.

    • Any unused bandwidth is permanently lost and cannot be recovered.

Failed Payments

If a payment on your subscription fails:

  • Access to the proxy service is immediately paused.

  • You have 5 days to fix your billing issue (e.g. update your payment method).

  • If the issue is resolved within 5 days, your access is restored and your subscription continues.

  • If the issue is not fixed within 5 days, your subscription may be canceled and any remaining bandwidth may be lost.
